Kegal! It’s almost a cliche, but it works – and has saved relationships. For women, Kegalling means tightening the muscles as if you were going to hold back from urinating - and holding those muscles tight for 10 seconds, 3 times a day. In men, the same holds true. In fact, as much as 75% of erectile dysfunction patients make a full recovery simply by doing kegals.
All these add up to great sex: good muscle tone, agility, good blood flow. Start off with cardiovascular conditioning to keep the blood flowing and nourishing your sex muscles. Walk or run everyday at least 2 miles. The penis and the clitoris are blood flow seeking missles! Rock hard erections are directly related to healthy blood flow.
Don’t forget anaerobic exercise – weight lifing that exercises the pelvic muscles (squats, pressing ball between knees, hip lifts, good old push ups), as well as flexibiliy or yoga classes. What we want is to have a strong heart, talented muscles that respond quickly, and great flexibility so we can adapt to new positions. As we age, you “Gottawannawanna” do these exercises, Otherwise, you face the deadly label of Grandma or Grandpa with Bingo Wings (fat arms waving in the air signalling BINGO!). That should be incentive enough to get going!
