This is when you know it’s time to see a sex coach or a relationship coach when:
- You are struggling with issues around sex, relationships, intimacy and/or communication with your partner. Basically, if you are unhappy with the sex and/or intimacy that you are sharing with your partner, see a sex coach or relationship counselor. The coach will provide a safe, comfortable environment to get you back on track with practical (and enticing!) ideas and a plan of action. She will also show you how to communicate your needs to each other so that you are pleasuring each other. Her job is to restore the sizzle!
- You are suffering from insecurity about your sexuality – whether you are entering the dating game again, or whether you just feel uncomfortable in your body.
- You need to talk to someone whom you can trust about issues that you want to resolve around your sexuality, your ability to be sexual, how to relax and enjoy sex, and/or your behavior during sex.
- You feel intense loneliness now that you are living alone.
- You and your partner want to take your intimate moments to the next level.
